Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
This Policy describes how meome handles personal information across the app, website, Agent features (including hotel and nearby shop discovery), and any paid plans we introduce.
1. Who we are
meome (“meome,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a personal assistant app and related websites, including agent chat, alarms, focus tools, fitness, notes, and discovery features (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Services.
By using meome, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information generated by your use of the Services, and information from integrations you connect (such as Google). Categories include:
- Account & contact data — name, email, phone, waitlist details, and support messages.
- Device & usage data — app version, device type, OS, crash logs, performance metrics, and feature interactions.
- Content you create — alarms, notes, focus settings, run sessions, chat prompts, and agent instructions.
- Verification media — photos or media you submit to dismiss photo-verified alarms or complete in-app tasks. Used to operate that feature, not to sell ads.
- Location data — when you allow it, approximate or precise location to power nearby shop discovery, travel context, hotel suggestions, and similar Agent features.
- Integration data — Calendar, Gmail, Meet, maps, or other providers you authorize; scoped to what you grant.
- Payment data (when enabled) — billing contact, transaction IDs, plan tier, and limited payment method metadata from our processors. We do not store full card numbers on meome servers when a processor handles checkout.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate, secure, personalize, and improve meome — including Agent recommendations for hotels, shops, schedules, and day planning. Specifically, we may:
- Provide and maintain the Services, including Agent chat and module automation.
- Suggest hotels, nearby shops, routes, and related options based on your requests and permitted context.
- Process waitlist, account, subscription, and (when available) payment flows.
- Detect abuse, fraud, chargeback risk, and security incidents.
- Analyze aggregated or de-identified usage to improve product quality.
- Send product, service, and transactional messages; marketing only where allowed and with opt-out.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use and Payments Policy.
4. Agent, hotels & nearby shops
When you ask the Agent to find hotels, shops, or similar places, meome may use your query, preferences, and (if enabled) location to return suggestions. Results may come from meome models, maps partners, or third-party listings.
Suggestions are informational. Bookings, purchases, pricing, availability, and merchant policies are controlled by third parties. meome is not a party to those transactions unless we expressly say so at checkout.
6. Retention & security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Alarm verification media may be processed ephemerally or retained only as needed to operate and secure the feature.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the risk. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you use the Services at your own risk regarding residual security risk.
7. Your choices & rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Contact legal@meome.com to make a request. We may verify identity before acting.
You can revoke location permission, disconnect integrations, and delete account content through in-app settings where available. Some data may remain in backups for a limited period.
8. Children
meome is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
